[vtkusers] help!!!about vtkMDI

Hi all,
I meet such a strange question.
I install vtk. My environment is VTK＋MSVC+WIN2000.
Then I follow the example of vtkMDI,
But in vtkOutputWindow.it showes:

but in disk C, there is not such directory.
Can someone help me? And tell me how to solve it?
