[vtkusers] /Examples/Build/vtkLocal - tcl package pb

I have custom classes that I would
like to access through tcl scripts. Not being
a tcl wrapping expert, could someone provide
details on how to get 'package require' to 
work with a tcl wrap of my vtkLocal. vtkLocal
is built out of source with shared libs, using
the VTK output path. The tcl lib/dll is being 
built, apparently correctly, as vtkLocalTCL.
