[vtkusers] link errors

Hi Dubois,

>From error it looks like conflict between STL and vtk includes.
or not able to link vtk dll's.

Some points to check - 
1) Have u tried to write CMakeList.txt and then create *.dsw file?
	U can try that..
2) I assume "from scratch" means without use of wizards ?

If it is STL prob then check previous threads..
