[vtkusers] More/updated Java examples available

For those interested in using VTK from Java, about code 70 examples are 
available at http://ij-plugins.sourceforge.net/vtk-examples

There are about 20 examples more than in previous release, also many of 
the existing examples were improved to correct mouse interaction, sizing 
and multi-threading issues specific to VTK's vtkPanel or vtkCanvas.

One of the new additions is a testing framework to verify correctness of 
rendering. Renderings (test images) can be browsed at: 
http://ij-plugins.sourceforge.net/vtk-examples/samples
