[vtkusers] Upgrading from VTK 3.2 to 4.3

I am in process upgrading a program that uses VTK 3.2 to the latest 4.3
version. I am having errors in compilation due to undefined classes. All the
include paths are defined correctly and I am wondering if certain classes
were renamed and/or changed in the latest. I would like to know if there is
any help in easing this process.
