[vtkusers] problem with resizing vtkcone on top of medical3

Hi
Due to some work requirement, i created a cone and added it in a 2nd 
renderer inside the medical3 example. however, no matter how i adjust 
the cone size using set radius and set height functions of cone, it 
would remain as big, the some height  and width i have tried are

height 0.3, width 0.5, it remain the same size
height 0.1, radius 0.1, it shortens but still as big
hieght 1, radius 0.1, it became small in radius but very long etc

i need to get the cone to shrink to the size of the nostril of the 
skull of medcal3, can anyone help?
