[vtkusers] Multiple Actors for Volume Rendering

Well I figured out how to solve problem a). I just had to activate the
Sorter for the culler as mentioned in this post:
http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/vtkusers/2002-November/064096.html.

Anyway I still don't know how to stop the Raycasting when I enter a new
Actor (see point b below). Any help would be more than welcome.
