[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader

Hi,
   
  I am a newbie so please pardon me. I am trying to use vtkDICOMImageReader on a set of images but I keep getting the following error message below.........
   
  ERROR: In ..\..\..\src\VTK\IO\vtkDICOMImageReader.cxx, line 284
vtkDICOMImageReader (0AAA6198): No memory allocated for image data!
   
   
  How do I allocate the memory? thanks
