[vtkusers] sipQVTKPythonQVTKWidget.cpp build problem

Hey David,

I usually build Qt from source, but since that's the part that takes the longest to build, maybe I'll try installing 4.6.3 from the dmg and then update the other pieces to match yours and see what happens.
