[vtkusers] Problems with VTK format files in Windows7 and how to build truncated cone

 Hi to all
 I have  problems to work with VTK format files(*.vtk)
 in Windows 7, but there are no problems in Windows XP or  Linux.
 My next question is how to build truncated cone?
