[vtkusers] vtkWin32VideoSource and multiple webcams in C++

hi all,

just wondering if anyone has any success using multiple webcam with
vtkWin32videoSource in C++?

my computer has windows 7 (32bits) with VS2008 professional installed.

in python, I'm able to use VideoSourceDialog popup to select which webcam I
want to use.  But in C++ it simply crashes when VideoSourceDialog is called.
 Just wondering if this is a common problem.

any help is very much appreciated,
