[vtkusers] filtered back-projection with VTK/ITK

hi,

I would give plastimatch (www.plastimatch.org) a try. Besides some very flexible approaches for deformable registration, it implements an FDK-driven back-projection approach for cone beam CT reconstruction. I think this is what you're looking for.
