Strange - why are they separate from the rest of the projects?

And if I go here: http://vtk.org/ and then to "Resources->Bug
tracker", I get to the other one without VTK:
http://public.kitware.com/Bug/my_view_page.php

And because of this, all old links in mailing list posts are broken?
