[vtkusers] vtkQuadricDecimation fails

Hi all,

I am trying to decimate a mesh from vtkMarchingCubes, but the
vtkQuadricDecimation fail for some structures. It says could not
allocate data array.

Do you have any idea.In this paper the author concludes this class has
some bugs and he is not able to produce the mesh for some structures.
