[vtkusers] How do I render a volume from an UnstructuredGrid?

I just noticed that in creating the unstructuredgrid, i do not count up the
atomIndex in the writing loop (missing a 'atomIndex = atomIndex + 1').
Fixing this does not solve my problem though.
