[vtkusers] vtkCellTreeLocator missing FindCellsWithinBounds method in Java

Hello All,
I was hoping to use the vtkCellTreeLocator to try to speed up one of my pipelines.
It looks like, however, that the function
http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkCellTreeLocator.html#a37aec0867ef0ef6d6bf140c080212b8f

isn't exposed in Java. I checked the headers and it isn't in a  "BTX/ETX" block and it also doesn't look like a function that
technically couldn't be wrapped. Is this a bug with the wrappers or I am overlooking something?
