[vtkusers] Is it possible to change the spacing of data when using vtkDiscreteMarchingCubes?

Hi all.
I am using the vtkDiscreteMarchingCubes to render a series of
segmented images.However I can't get the right results because the
spacing seems too small in z direction.I wonder is it possible to
change the spacing of data when using vtkDiscreteMarchingCubes?I am
using the version 5.10.1.
