[vtkusers] 32 and 64

If not mistaken you can use up to 4GB of memory in win32 application
running on Windows 64 bit.
It does need to be built with specific compiler flag (from the top of my
head /largeadressaware ).

It does not mean that I do not encourage to build 64 bit version of
application. :)
