Can you submit an build in the experimental section of the VTK dashboard, please?
Using VTK CVS head, not the 5.4.2 branch.

If the bug is still in VTK CVS, I'll try to fix in VTK CVS first and port it back to the release branch later.

Hi Francois,
I'm working this project as well. I've submitted a CVS build to the Dash board under the experimental branch. The site name is newaza. Please let me know if you need any thing else. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I think I fixed the compiler error in revision 1.38 of VTK/Rendering/vtkOpenGLExtensionManager.cxx on VTK cvs head.

To jmiller15: can you try to submit a new build by updating your working directory, to see if the patch really fixes the issue, please?

The patch seemed to work! I've uploaded the build to experimental. The system compiles without a problem. Thanks again for the help. You said this will be patch back to the release branch at some point?

Great. Yes it will be in the release branch. The standard procedure is to follow the steps below:

1. commit patch to vtk cvs
2. check the next day that there is no broken nightly build on the dashboard
3. send the patch to the release branch maintainer.
4. the release branch maintainer applies the patch to the branch and check there is no broken build the next day on the branch.

I'll do step 2 and 3 tomorrow.
