0006110: Variable chooser combo box not updated

Description

The variable chooser combo box in the Active Variable Controls toolbar is not appropriately updated when the variables of the active object change. Here is how to replicate the problem.

1. Load in disk_out_ref.ex2 with NO variables selected. After you select, the variable chooser should only have Solid Color and cellNormals.
2. Turn on all of the variables and reapply the reader. The variables do not show up in the variable chooser.

The variable chooser can be force to update by clicking something else in the pipeline browser and then clicking on the object again. However, it is still very confusing to not see the variables in the chooser immediately after loading them.
