Summary0006635: VTK won't build with latest Boost CVS snapshot
DescriptionI can build VTK against Boost 1.33.1, but recently found an issue with trying to use the make_reverse_edges() feature in BGL to 'reverse' graph edges that looks like it's a BGL issue. Since that fix won't get retroactively put into Boost 1.33, I got the latest public CVS snapshot of boost and pointed VTK at that and tried a build, unfortunately this won't compile.

See the attached make.log for specific compile errors from my build attempt.

 This shouldn't any longer be an issue. Several VTK dashboard build with the latest Boost versions nightly. Please reopen if you experience any more issues.
