Summary0008980: (Venus - low) The Edit/ Setting window should be named Settings.
DescriptionIt would be nice if the Edit/ Settings window was named Settings. Same with the View Settings window being named View Settings.

 Almost. Run ParaView, then float over the "view settings" icon. It says "Edit View Options". Lets change the icon to View Settings.

Once again, lets make it all consistent.
