Summary0009543: Mantis "Category" field marked as required, but there are no options
DescriptionThe only thing in the "Category" drop down box is "(select)". That seems a bit strange, especially since it is marked as a required field.

 Seems fixed. I see bug and feature in category and it doesn't seem require when making new bugs.
