Detailed Description

write vtkGraph data to a DIMACS formatted file

vtkDIMACSGraphWriter is a sink object that writes vtkGraph data files into a generic DIMACS (.gr) format.

Output files contain a problem statement line:

p graph <num_verts> <num_edges>

Followed by |E| edge descriptor lines that are formatted as:

e <source> <target> <weight>

Vertices are numbered from 1..n in DIMACS formatted files.

See webpage for format details. http://prolland.free.fr/works/research/dsat/dimacs.html

Member Function Documentation

static vtkDIMACSGraphWriter* vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::New ( ) [static]

Created object with default header, ASCII format, and default names for scalars, vectors, tensors, normals, and texture coordinates.

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

virtual const char* vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::GetClassName ( ) [virtual]

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

static int vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::IsTypeOf ( const char *  name) [static]

Return 1 if this class type is the same type of (or a subclass of) the named class. Returns 0 otherwise. This method works in combination with vtkTypeMacro found in vtkSetGet.h.

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

virtual int vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::IsA ( const char *  name) [virtual]

Return 1 if this class is the same type of (or a subclass of) the named class. Returns 0 otherwise. This method works in combination with vtkTypeMacro found in vtkSetGet.h.

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

static vtkDIMACSGraphWriter* vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::SafeDownCast ( vtkObject o) [static]

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

void vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::PrintSelf ( ostream &  os,
vtkIndent  indent
) [virtual]

Methods invoked by print to print information about the object including superclasses. Typically not called by the user (use Print() instead) but used in the hierarchical print process to combine the output of several classes.

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

vtkGraph* vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::GetInput ( )

Get the input to this writer.

Reimplemented from vtkWriter.

vtkGraph* vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::GetInput ( int  port)

Get the input to this writer.

Reimplemented from vtkWriter.

void vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::WriteData ( ) [protected, virtual]

Reimplemented from vtkDataWriter.

virtual int vtkDIMACSGraphWriter::FillInputPortInformation ( int  port,
vtkInformation info
) [protected, virtual]

Fill the input port information objects for this algorithm. This is invoked by the first call to GetInputPortInformation for each port so subclasses can specify what they can handle.

Reimplemented from vtkAlgorithm.
