Detailed Description

Converts a vtkRectilinearGrid to a vtkPointSet.

vtkRectilinearGridToPointSet takes a vtkRectilinearGrid as an image and outputs an equivalent vtkStructuredGrid (which is a subclass of vtkPointSet).
