[vtk-developers] vtkInteractorStyleTrackballActor doesn't respect vtkActor::Dragable flag

Here is a quick fix for the case I found:
http://github.com/daviddoria/daviddoria-vtk/commit/3cfd31aec50b2570c5b5f2ed327e7c3b0149694b

but as you said it something like this is probably needed in many other places.
