[vtk-developers] building on cygwin

Hi Dave, 
to simplify the usage of my cmake build I created a 
full cygwin repository.

Using 
setup -X -O -s http://matzeri.altervista.org

you will able to install both my 2.8.2-1 and 
the previous 2.8.1-11 of Yaakov.

Moreover on
http://matzeri.altervista.org/works/cmake

I put in README a small explanation with reference
of why I am using it,

and on 
http://matzeri.altervista.org/works/vtk

I put the small patch, my CMakeCache.txt configuration 
plus build and test logs of my trial on git ten days ago
with cmake-2.8.1-11.

As you know the build was fine with shared libs,
but the test show more failures than my previous tentative
on 5.6.0.

I have not yet tested with cmake-2.8.2-1, but I expect
no real problem.
