Carbon OpenGL rendering window.

vtkCarbonRenderWindow is a concrete implementation of the abstract class vtkOpenGLRenderWindow. vtkCarbonRenderWindow interfaces to the OpenGL graphics library using the Carbon API on Mac OSX.
