#include <vtkExtractSelectedGraph.h>
The first input is a vtkGraph to take a subgraph from. The second input is a vtkSelection containing the selected indices. The vtkSelection may have FIELD_TYPE set to POINTS (a vertex selection) or CELLS (an edge selection). A vertex selection preserves all edges that connect selected vertices. An edge selection preserves all vertices that are adjacent to at least one selected edge. Alternately, you may indicate that an edge selection should maintain the full set of vertices, by turning RemoveIsolatedVertices off.

static vtkExtractSelectedGraph* vtkExtractSelectedGraph::New | ( | ) | [static] |
Create an object with Debug turned off, modified time initialized to zero, and reference counting on.
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
virtual const char* vtkExtractSelectedGraph::GetClassName | ( | ) | [virtual] |
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
static int vtkExtractSelectedGraph::IsTypeOf | ( | const char * | name | ) | [static] |
Return 1 if this class type is the same type of (or a subclass of) the named class. Returns 0 otherwise. This method works in combination with vtkTypeRevisionMacro found in vtkSetGet.h.
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
virtual int vtkExtractSelectedGraph::IsA | ( | const char * | name | ) | [virtual] |
Return 1 if this class is the same type of (or a subclass of) the named class. Returns 0 otherwise. This method works in combination with vtkTypeRevisionMacro found in vtkSetGet.h.

void vtkExtractSelectedGraph::PrintSelf | ( | ostream & | os,
vtkIndent | indent | |||
) | [virtual] |
Methods invoked by print to print information about the object including superclasses. Typically not called by the user (use Print() instead) but used in the hierarchical print process to combine the output of several classes.
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
void vtkExtractSelectedGraph::SetSelectionConnection | ( | vtkAlgorithmOutput * | in | ) |
A convenience method for setting the second input (i.e. the selection).
virtual void vtkExtractSelectedGraph::SetRemoveIsolatedVertices | ( | bool | ) | [virtual] |
If set, removes vertices with no adjacent edges in an edge selection. A vertex selection ignores this flag and always returns the full set of selected vertices. Default is on.
virtual bool vtkExtractSelectedGraph::GetRemoveIsolatedVertices | ( | ) | [virtual] |
If set, removes vertices with no adjacent edges in an edge selection. A vertex selection ignores this flag and always returns the full set of selected vertices. Default is on.
virtual void vtkExtractSelectedGraph::RemoveIsolatedVerticesOn | ( | ) | [virtual] |
If set, removes vertices with no adjacent edges in an edge selection. A vertex selection ignores this flag and always returns the full set of selected vertices. Default is on.
virtual void vtkExtractSelectedGraph::RemoveIsolatedVerticesOff | ( | ) | [virtual] |
If set, removes vertices with no adjacent edges in an edge selection. A vertex selection ignores this flag and always returns the full set of selected vertices. Default is on.
int vtkExtractSelectedGraph::FillInputPortInformation | ( | int | port,
vtkInformation * | info | |||
) | [virtual] |
Specify the first vtkGraph input and the second vtkSelection input.
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
int vtkExtractSelectedGraph::RequestData | ( | vtkInformation * | request,
vtkInformationVector ** | inputVector,
vtkInformationVector * | outputVector
) | [protected, virtual] |
This is called by the superclass. This is the method you should override.
Reimplemented from vtkGraphAlgorithm.
int vtkExtractSelectedGraph::RequestDataObject | ( | vtkInformation * | ,
vtkInformationVector ** | inputVector,
vtkInformationVector * | outputVector
) | [protected, virtual] |
