Detailed Description

allocate/free texture units.

vtkTextureUnitManager is a central place used by shaders to reserve a texture unit ( Allocate() ) or release it ( Free() ).

Don't create a vtkTextureUnitManager, query it from the vtkOpenGLRenderWindow
