Reader for hierarchical datasets (for backwards compatibility).
vtkXMLHierarchicalBoxDataReader is an empty subclass of vtkXMLUniformGridAMRReader. This is only for backwards compatibility. Newer code should simply use vtkXMLUniformGridAMRReader.

- The reader supports reading v1.1 and above. For older versions, use vtkXMLHierarchicalBoxDataFileConverter.
